Crissey was a business owner in Texas, where she recruited and trained sales representatives, generated product resources and identified new markets, creating increased revenue for the parent company. Prior to becoming a realtor she was a program manager for the State of Oregon. In that capacity she taught communication skills, supervised counseling staff, developed department budgets, and created programs for high-risk populations.
Crissey chose to live in Boise after living in several major metropolitan areas, including Dallas-Fort Worth, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Chicago, Portland, and L.A. "I love living in Boise: it's so friendly and clean, the climate is perfect and recreational opportunities abound. Boise has an active arts, music and cultural scene as well as great restaurants. I can't think of a better place to call home!"
