Joseph is the one with the gray hair. Vilma is his lovely wife and licensed assistant. Vilma is from Venezuela and of course speaks Spanish as a second language.
Born and raised in Montana, Joseph learned early, the value of hard work while stacking hay and shocking grain in the fields along the Yellowstone River at the age of twelve. A business career followed, owning and operating very successful multi-state and multi-national companies in a span of over 30 years whereby many national companies (clients) depended on the honesty and integrity of the results provided by Joseph and his companies, to invest hundreds of millions of dollars in a single project.
And so, it is as relative for that client who wants to purchase a new home or sell their home. Not many times in ones life, does a person have the opportunity to have not one, but two careers that one enjoys and loves so much. Real estate is not about the success of the agent, but that of the client and representing that client to the fullest of one?s ability.
Should it be new construction, of which Joseph as an extensive back ground in, or an existing house, Joseph and Vilma are honored each and every time someone asks for their advise and help with any real estate needs.
